The Juice Hive and Health Emporium in Bluffton Village has received national recognition for two of its items.
The business’ Shiso Leaf Kimchi and Low Country Kimchi have been named finalists in the 2018 Good Food Awards, which recognize food producers based on taste and sustainability.
Both products were among the top scorers in this year’s pool of more than 2,000 entries. Winners will be notified this week.
“We are thrilled to have been selected as a finalist for the Good Food Awards, and honored for both our food’s taste and sustainability,” Juice Hive owner Leslie Rohland said.
“Our Low Country Kimchi is an extremely popular menu item at the Juice Hive and our Shiso Leaf Kimchi is a featured product with many specific health benefits, including being an excellent source of probiotics.”
